I need a few updated monthly digitals of your current state and a slate video, please. Please use pose guide and examples. The image layout is what I create for every model, so help me help you.

📸 Backdrop & Image Style:

• Use a white seamless background or plain white wall

• Avoid visible outlets, clutter, or distracting elements

• Shoot vertically and ensure images are high resolution

• Avoid cropping too tightly—frame from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet

        • If shooting indoors, feel free to use a fan for a few takes — it can create a fun, sexy vibe

💃 Pose Guide:

• Face forward

• ¾ view (both left and right sides)

• Full back view

• After you’ve covered the basics, feel free to have fun and show your personality!

• Please be camera-ready

• Include simple hair variations

• No hats, bows, or visible clips

        • Please provide a few hair variations (e.g., hair down, ponytail, etc.)

A Few Final Tips:

• Relax, smile, and let your natural personality shine

• Aim to capture flattering, full-body shots that highlight your current shape
